How many mls water to witch hazel. So that the lavender is not to strong

Peppermint oil is ok for dogs coat. It’s witch hazel that is toxic

In reply to Dave. ok mr know it all, where does kristin say her dog ingested it? if you're going to be snarky online you better think it through. benadryl is as often used topically as internally. topical benadryl on dogs is fine...
